Bob started HCC in 1987 after having spent over 10 years working with large New England advertising agencies. He is a seasoned strategic marketer utilizing the brand management approach he experienced while serving as Account Manager for Colgate Palmolive’s Etonic and Tretorn athletic footwear divisions. His category experience includes financial services, retail, sporting goods, non-profit, and other consumer and business-to-business products and services. Bob is a long-time runner and sports enthusiast. He is a graduate of Notre Dame, and currently resides with his wife, two youngest boys, and Labrador Retriever in Barrington, RI.
Kerry joined HCC in 1989 after having served in account management positions at other major New England marketing firms. Her experience includes financial services, non-profit, healthcare, hospitality, human services, and animal welfare organizations. Kerry possesses outstanding organizational skills, and offers a focused approach to strategic planning, brand building, and execution. Kerry is an accomplished tennis player, and participates in national tournaments. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, has two daughters, and lives with her cats and husband in Touisset, RI.
Bill brings a unique combination of client and agency experience to our clients. He started his client-side career as an entry-level deposit product manager at Fleet Financial Group (now part of Bank of America). He later served as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing Communications at Citizens Financial Group, where he was part of the five-person team that negotiated the naming rights to Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Bill’s most recent client-side experience was Senior Vice President/Director of Marketing at Bank Rhode Island. Bill also spent five years on the agency side with two of America’s leading advertising agencies – Arnold Worldwide and Deutsch – working with clients like Fleet and The Hartford. Bill volunteers with a number of non-profit organizations, serving on the board of directors of the Girl Scouts of Rhode Island, and as a consultant to the Barrington Adult Youth Team (Anti-Drug Task Force). Bill is an early morning runner and enjoys skiing. He holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth, and an MBA from Duke.
Andrew joined HCC in 2005 after running a web design business for a number of years. He has an extensive background in technology, web design, and internet marketing. Andrew has created several of HCC client web sites including HarborOne, HarborOne U, Lifestream, Norwood Bank, and Chaffee Industrial Roofing as well as hccadvertising.com. He is our expert in everything web related including SEO and social media. Andrew is an experienced alpine skier. He has a BA in Marketing from St. Joseph’s College in Maine, and a Masters in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. He lives in Warren, RI with his wife, Jen, and their sheepdog, Lady Wellington, who is a frequent visitor to our office.
A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Scott began his career designing annual reports for Fortune 500 companies. Scott has worked with national and global brands including Verizon Wireless, General Electric and Hasbro. His work has been featured in Graphis and Print Magazines and he is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Scott and his wife, Denise, enjoy boating and wakeboarding with their three children when it’s not cold enough to ski and snowboard. They reside in Cowesett, RI, where Scott has been a Cub Scout Den Leader for eight years.
Prior to joining HCC in 2001, Susan had worked for several communications firms. Susan oversees the production and execution of all creative work. As an Internet Technology graduate of New England Tech, and her prior experience in web development, Susan has great expertise with traditional and non–traditional marketing communications. She and her husband Bill live with their two young children, and two dogs, in Saunderstown. They enjoy sailing, biking, and gardening.
Ashley recently joined HCC Marketing as an Account Manager. Her responsibilities at HCC include traditional and online/social media project management. A recent graduate of Saint Anselm College, in Manchester, New Hampshire, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Relations & Work.
While in college, Ashley worked for a number of New Hampshire advertising and marketing firms for clients in industries from financial services to higher education. Ashley lives in Wakefield, RI where she enjoys playing volleyball and running. An NCAA II level volleyball player for Saint Anselm College, she recently completed the Boston Marathon.
Tami joined HCC in 2000 and has been running the office ever since. In addition to her duties as office manager, Tami oversees the financial and bookkeeping side of the business, and is our “go to” person who keeps our business running smoothly and efficiently. Tami received her Accounting Certificate with high honors from CCRI. She is a resident of West Greenwich, and enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening.
Judy began her advertising career with the area’s best-known advertising agencies, and actually worked with her future colleagues at HCC. She founded and ran her own design firm for over 15 years prior to joining HCC in 2002. Judy’s background includes logo design and corporate identity, print advertising, and collateral design including brochures and annual reports, as well as graphic design for the web and electronic communications. Judy is a resident of Bristol and a graduate of RISD. She’s an animal lover, a talented artist, and gardener.
