Here’s a category that may be more important in the marketing mix than ever before. With the advent of email and related electronic channels of communication, traditional mail has lessened. Just compare the amount of mail you receive at home or in the office compared to what it used to be. Well done direct mail, whether it be letter, postcard, brochure, or dimensional mailer, can be especially effective and attention getting.
